window shopping

I've been doing a little online window shopping lately, scoping out sales to see if I can find some stuff for C for next year. Children's Place has some good basics that I may just get. Can't pass up shorts, jeans, swim suit for $3.99 each. You can't find them used that cheap! As I was loading my virtual cart, the pair of shoes I loved {that were also $3.99} were no longer available:( BOO.

Some how I came across this cute umbrella that I now have on my if-I-had-money-to-blow-on-something-I-don't-need  list. Isn't it cute??

 

 

Speaking of bulldog gear, I found this cute tee for C at Target and had just enough left on a gift card to buy it! Happy momma!

We've become a little tired of our regular old coffee. AND I haven't  bought any new K-Cups for my Keurig lately.

So instead, this container of yumminess has filled our mugs in the mornings! It's delish. Just brew hot water from the Keurig and stir a few scoops in and voila...

We also like the English Toffee Cappuccino. It's a welcomed break from the large tub  Folger's we normally consume!

You know you're old when...

...you get excited about getting a vac/steamer for your anniversary!

It's true! We are now the proud owners of The Shark Vac/Steam!

Yesterday morning Hubs volunteered at a run benefiting Captain Hope's Kids in Dallas.  Afterwards he met up with his parents and this was their gift to us for our 5 year! Funny thing, he wanted it waaaaaay a little more that I did! He loves it when our tile/grout is sparkling clean :) Too bad it doesn't stay that way long!

We tried it out last night and it was love at first use! I'll be steaming every inch of tile with a smile on my face :)

**side note, nothing is more attractive to me than my husband waking up at 4am to go volunteer for the sake of children**

I love boots. I saw these at Target and I would love a pair of comfy boots to work in and for my trip to PA and NYC. They are really cute on so we will see if the Hub wants to support my cause!
