Captain Hope's Kids is an organization designed to help the homeless children of Dallas County. Almost 50% of the homeless in Dallas are women and children. Taking care of their needs is the primary goal of Captain Hope's Kids.
We have sponsored a precious boy through Compassion since the first Christmas we were married. It's probably one of the best decisions we have made together as a couple. Even during financially harder times, it has remained a constant. One of the best parts about supporting a child through this organization is the correspondence you have with your child. The letters and drawings that come in the mail warm your heart. And to know that with your monthly giving, your child will learn about the Love of Christ and help with their education and well-being is the best gift you can give or receive!

Another sweet friend and her husband were called to serve in Iraq and together, with their team co-founded PLC this became their passion.
